1.1 We provide transportation services to and from airports as per the bookings made through our website,
phone, or other authorized booking platforms.
1.2 Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to
safety concerns or policy violations.

2. Booking and Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or authorized partners.
2.2 Prices are subject to change based on demand, time of booking, and special services requested.
2.3 Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit
cards, and other payment methods specified on our website.
2.4 Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of
20% of the booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Passengers must be at the pickup location at the agreed-upon time. Delays beyond a grace period of
30 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation.
3.2 Customers must provide accurate information regarding pickup and drop-off locations.
3.3 Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger may result in additional charges for repairs or cleaning.

4. Liability and Disclaimers
4.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control.
4.2 We are not liable for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.
4.3 Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
