1. If the shuttle arrives early, it will wait until the scheduled pick-up time.
2. If a passenger does not show up or is late, no refund will be issued.
– If you need to arrange for a different shuttle, please call 716-472-8580 or 800-604-1570 to reschedule.
3. The shuttle will make every effort to be on time.
– However, please allow for up to 30 minutes of delay due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Passengers must arrive at the pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
