Found Airport Express shuttle service on the Buffalo Airport website for transportation services and was not disappointed! The owner Ed responded quickly with a fixed rate quote from Buffalo Airport to Embassy Suites Fallsview Hotel for only $65.00! They were so much less than all the other airport transportation services and offered a very pleasant shuttle service! He met us at the airport with our Names on a sign, loaded our luggage into the van and we crossed the border into Canada with ease! We also scheduled our return shuttle service from our B & B in Niagara on the Lake for only $80.00 and was on time once again, got us across the border safely and we really enjoyed our conversations with him on both shuttle rides. Ed is professional, very courteous, and we feel he offered the BEST transportation service to & from the Buffalo Airport to our Canada destinations! Thanks so much for making our transportation services a positive experience! Would highly recommend!!!

Thank goodness for Ed at Airport Express! Due to mechanical issues on my college age daughter’s plane into Syracuse, she was re-routed to Buffalo at close to midnight and left to her own to figure out how to get 150 miles to Syracuse in the middle of night. Following the great reviews, I gave Airport Express a call and Ed was able to provide the transportation at a reasonable price – I was especially impressed given the short notice, the middle of the night, and incredible distance (mid-Winter nonetheless!). As a parent, it is very stressful to feel that your teen daughter is stranded at an airport far from where she needs to be in the middle of night and in the middle of freezing temperatures – with all her Winter Break luggage. She arrived safely back to dorm and all thanks to Ed at Airport Express. I highly recommend!

Had such a great experience with Buffalo Airport Express. We were picked up in Buffalo to travel to Niagara Fall, Ontario. The driver was at the airport when we got to baggage claim and the ride was very pleasant. To return to the hotel, the drive was great as well – he was exactly on time. Would recommend and use again if in the area.

We have used this company twice, first from Buffalo to Niagara Falls, NY and this year from Buffalo to Niagara Fall, ON. Both times we used the company for round trips to and from the hotel. I have nothing but good thing about Ed. He was superb! He gave us a fixed rate which was cheaper than everyone else in the area. Mike, the driver called us when we saw that the flight information changed. He was kind and funny making the drive delightful. You are looking for a shuttle service for Buffalo and Ontario areas there is no company better than Buffalo Airport Express with their superior customer service, fair rate, timely performance and kind and courteous drivers. I know I will continue to use them whenever I am in the area.

Such a great experience. Booked a flight into Buffalo for the long weekend to head to Burlington, Ontario. The flight was too late to rent a car in Buffalo so we needed a solution to get to Canada. Was recommended Airport Express by another company that was just way out of our price range. They were super reasonable for such a long drive. We called and it was very easy to reserve the car that late at night even with a last minute booking. Our flight was delayed an hour and we called and was politely told no problem. Ed greeted us at the airport and made sure we made it to Burlington smoothly and comfortably. Highly recommend!

We surfed through several companies and found Buffalo Airport Express. Ed, the owner, was fantastic! He responded back very quickly via email. We were travelling from Niagara Falls, ON to the Buffalo Airport and was not allowed to drive our Budget rental car across the border so a shuttle was the best alternative. Ed provided a fixed rate, set up the pick up schedule based on our departure time from the airport, offered the option of paying via PayPal (to keep our credit card secure) and confirmed the transaction and pick up. His driver, Mike, a tad early, waited for us, got us through Customs on the Rainbow Bridge quickly and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. He was very courteous and engaged us in interesting conversations – mostly about sports. It made the drive very pleasant and shorter. If you need a shuttle in the Ontario or Buffalo area, Buffalo Airport Express can’t be beat. 5 stars!! With a very fair rate, quick and efficient, on time performance with courteous drivers, what more can you ask for. Best shuttle ride we ever had.

Do not hesitate to book this airport service. The drivers are excellent, kind, professional, smiley, knowledgeable of the region and so caring! They will wait for you right as you step out of the luggage area, whether you are late or early, and take you to your destination and even go through a scenic route to show you around if you so desire. I highly recommend this service. The pick up was on time and the driver was very courteous (thanks Ash), van was clean and comfortable. My trip cross the border into Ontario.. Ash was helpful in navigating the Covid test and procedures. I would definately use them again.

This was our first experience with Airport Express and I would highly recommend them. Mustafa was the best driver we’ve ever had on any trip! Quick trip to Niagara Falls, Ontario for our 50th anniversary and Mustafa was waiting at the airport in Buffalo when we landed and promptly picked us up 2 days later at our hotel in Niagara Falls. On our way back to the airport he took us to Niagara Falls State Park on the US side to walk down to the falls. I would highly recommend this company and Mustafa, reasonably priced and great service!

Honeymoon! Niagara Falls. But how to get from Buffalo Airport to my Canadian side hotel? My hotel warned me a taxi could run $200 or more. Use these guys for half of that. Found AirPort Express in the buffalo airport web site. We were coming in late and tired and I’ve had issues with limo service no shows. Right from the start I was taken aback by the woman who answers the phone. Professional, friendly, competent. She answered all my questions and was pleasant. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I was told to expect a text from my driver. No text, freaked out at baggage claim. Called them. I GAVE THEM WRONG TELEPHONE due to my typo. No problem, late at night, they took my call, I gave them correct number. 30 seconds later = run, ring, ring. The driver calling my phone standing twenty feet from me in baggage claim. Turns out the driver the husband of the wonderful woman on the phone. Both such good people. Outstanding service. Driver waited patiently with us in baggage claim, and was like a tour driver answering all our questions. He even took us on a scenic route through the state park. I highly recommend this company. Family operation, they really really care. Wish I could give them six stars

From booking to final drop off I had a great experience with this company. The driver they sent, Mustafah was very cordial, informative and handled the drive very well in the ice and snow. My flight got cancelled and rebooked for 5 hours later, no problem, he was there and made sure I got into my hotel safely. I will be traveling with this company whenever I’m in this area.

What a great team that works together to make your ground travel go smoothly. They are the best transportation ambassadors for this area. From the time you call , Mrs. Meena is patient and informative as she books your reservation . Mr. Mustafa confirms your plans the night before and is promptly waiting when you arrive. Ooo wee , we transferred from the Canada side to the New York side and they handled that as well as a tour of the American side. The next day we asked them to accommodate our party of six to a shopping area and they provided the best place for us to spend plenty of money. We also had restaurant options in the connected plazas for dining. Mustafa later came and picked us up took us to one more stop (Walmart) on our way back to our hotel. We enjoyed our day and plenty of pleasantries with him. What a blessing they were to my Framily on this my Bday trip. Use them they showed they are dependable.

I booked two trips through this company based on the reviews. Initially was picked up at the Buffalo Airport for a ride to Niagara Falls, Ontario, where I met friends for the weekend. I spoke several times to Ed, the owner. He always responded to my emails and texts very quickly. He was always very professional in his demeanor.On my first trip, I was met by Mike holding up a sign with my name. As we walked outside, we passed the official Buffalo Airport Express vans and got into a personal white van. Mike told me he contracts with Ed. The van was dirty and messy on the inside. I was a bit taken a back but he was a careful driver and a good conversationalist. He got me to my destination on time. As I arrived I asked if I could use my credit card, as I am used to doing. Mike told me since we were in Canada, he could not use his card scanner, so I would have to use cashThe cost left me with just $20 in cash. So, while in Canada I had to use my credit card and pay the international fees. I was not happy and let Ed know.Six days later I was in New York state and needed another shuttle to Buffalo. I had already talked with Ed.To my dismay, Mike again shows up with his white messy van. He is a good driver and he drove through a terrible thunderstorm to get to my destination on time but it is a terrible reflection on this company.I may use this company again but will let my needs and expectations be known upfrontRecommendations: ask about credit card usage, find out if the driver is an employee or contractor, looked harder at the reviews
