1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations must be made through our website, phone, email, or authorized booking partners.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and flight information.
  • Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers.

3. Delays & Service Conditions

  • Airport Express is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, airport delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • For airport pickups, flight information should be provided so we can monitor delays when possible.

4. Waiting Time

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting times beyond the included waiting period.

5. Liability

  • Airport Express is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in vehicles.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
